What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
How do I request a return?
To start a return, please email us at [info@furlouve.com] with:
• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photos/videos if applicable
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Is there a return fee?
Yes. A $7 USD return processing fee applies to all approved returns and will be deducted from your refund amount.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The item arrived damaged
• The wrong item was received
In these cases, Furlouve will cover the return shipping costs.
Can I return used products?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Used pet beds or blankets
• Opened grooming or hygiene products
• Chewed or damaged toys
• Personalized/custom products
• Final sale items
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
What if my return package gets lost?
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Furlouve is not responsible for lost return shipments.
